This morning Emma let us know that Aunt Tina went to the hospital by ambulance.
Tina had called mom this morning at 6:00 a.m.. Thankfully she can do this by asking google to call mom. When Jenn got there, it was decided that the ambulance needed to be called. She was very nauseous and was getting sick to her stomach.
When EMS arrived, Tina wanted them to give her gravol with her intravenous. She was so dehydrated that they couldn’t start an IV. They were able to give her a shot of gravol to help with the nausea. She was very weak. They took her to the hospital around 10:00 a.m.
They gave her two bags of fluid to hydrate her. I was hoping that they would keep her in the hospital overnight to keep an eye on her but they sent her home. Jenn said that she is almost too weak to talk.
Her homecare and respite shifts aren’t filled for tomorrow.
Sending lots of well wishes to Tina and BIG hugs too. I and many more are so thankful for your updates.
